Do you deliver all over Bangladesh?

Yes. We deliver across Bangladesh with home delivery through couriers such as Steadfast and Pathao.

How much is the delivery charge?

Delivery inside Faridpur Sadar is free. Inside Dhaka, delivery is BDT 80 for products up to 1 kg. Outside Dhaka, anywhere in Bangladesh, delivery is BDT 120 for products up to 3 kg. Above these weights the charge is adjusted by weight. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

Is delivery free anywhere?

Yes. Delivery is free inside Faridpur Sadar. Select “Faridpur Sadar” as your delivery area at checkout. Charges for other areas are listed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 3 days.

Is the delivery charge different for heavy or large products?

Inside Faridpur Sadar, delivery is free for all products. For other areas, yes: the delivery charge depends on the weight of your order and the quantity you buy. Inside Dhaka, products above 1 kg are charged according to their weight. Outside Dhaka, products above 3 kg are charged according to their total weight and quantity. Products priced above BDT 2,000 are often large items, so we check their size and weight first and then confirm the delivery charge. Please contact us before you order to know the exact charge.

How can I pay?

You can pay with Cash on Delivery or bKash.

What if the product is different from the website?

If the product is different from what is shown on our website, you can return it. No delivery charge applies to such a return. Report the problem as soon as you receive the order, and read our Refund and Returns Policy for the full process.

Do your products have a warranty?

Yes, our products are covered by warranty. Branded products with company warranty can be serviced anywhere in Bangladesh through the brand’s service channel. For products without a brand service network, you can send the product to us and we will handle the warranty process.

Do I pay delivery charges for warranty service?

If you send a product to us for warranty service, delivery charges apply in both directions: when sending the product to us and when we send it back.
